In this interview, politician and director Mohammad Alsanousi, starts with his childhood in Alsalhiya, Jibla. He talks about his earliest memories including watching movies at the houses of the neighborhood. He tells us about the different schools he attended and the cultural activities they used to participate in. He emphasizes the strong relationship he had with his father and how he learned many life lessons from him.
As a young adult, Alsanousi talks about continuing his studies in Egypt, England, and the United States. He recalls his passion for directing, which lead to the production of the famous film Alrisala. His passion continued as he established a company for the production of films and commercial television. He takes in more responsibilities by participating in transforming the celebrations of the national holidays, being in charge of the Touristic Enterprises Company, and establishing the first cinema club.
Alsanousi spends the last part of the interview remembering the Iraqi invasion and his role during the occupation. In 1991, he tells us about the destruction they witnessed and the efforts made to rebuild Kuwait after the liberation. At the end of the interview, he talks about his time as a minister in 2006.
